Araştırmanın amacı Borsa İstanbul (BİST) yatırımcılarının risk iştahları ve hisse senedi getirileri
arasındaki ilişkiyi test etmektir. Yatırımcıların duygularını yansıtan çeşitli endekslerin hisse senedi
getirilerini açıklayan bir değişken olmaları üzerinde genişleyen bir literatür vardır. Ancak BİST özelinde
hazırlanan bir duygu endeksi ve hisse senedi getirileri arasındaki ilişki üzerine yapılan araştırma sayısı
oldukça sınırlıdır. Araştırmada BİST yatırımcıları için Veri Analiz Platformu tarafından hazırlanan Risk
İştahı Endeksi (RISE) ve BİST 30 endeksinde yer alan firmaların hisse senedi getirileri arasındaki ilişki yerli yatırımcılar ve yabancı yatırımcılar için iki farklı model üzerinden panel regresyon analiziyle test edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre yerli yatırımcıların risk iştahlarındaki değişim hisse senedi getirilerini istatistiki olarak açıklayan bir faktör iken yabancı yatırımcıların risk iştahlarındaki değişim hisse senedi getirilerini açıklayan bir faktör değildir; The aim of the research is to test the relationship between risk appetite and stock returns of Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) investors. There is a literature that expands on various sentiment indexes reflecting investors' emotions as a variable explaining stock returns. However, research on the relationship between a sentiment index specifically prepared for BIST and stock returns is quite limited. In the study, the relationship between the Risk Appetite Index (RISE) prepared for BIST investors by the Data Analysis Platform and the stock returns of the companies listed in BIST 30 index is tested through panel regression analysis using two different models for domestic and foreign investors. According to the findings, the change in risk appetite of domestic investors is a statistically significant factor explaining stock returns, whereas the change in risk appetite of foreign investors is not a significant factor explaining stock returns.

At the top of business concepts such as productivity, resources and production are human and human-based motivation. Realizing that the employee is not a robot but a social being. The institutions have attached importance to motivation to enhance the organizational success. Providing the expectations of the workers from the conditions in the business environment increases firstly the motivation of the business and then the efficiency of the organization. In this study, the demographic, economic, psychological, social, organizational and managerial factors affecting the motivation of the employees were examined. The aim of the study was to identify the factors affecting the motivation of the employees. In the survey, a five-point Likert scale was used. The study covers 349 of the 2456 administrative staff at Erciyes University. It was determined that the demographic variables such as gender, working year and marital status had no affect on the motivation. The positive feelings of the employees about the work, especially about the work environment and the business conditions also bring motivation with it. As the working year of the staff increases in the institution, the sense of ownership for the workplace increases. Salary promotion has a positive effect on motivation in low-income personnel. The business environment, the human relations in the department in which they are worked and the praise and appreciationby the superiors are the main reasons that positively increase motivation.

The aim of this study is to investigate whether the organizational culture and leadership have an effect on performance. The literature search displays that these three subjects are usually studied on their own. The effects of organizational culture, leadership and performance on each other are not sufficiently tackled. Thus, this study intends to help filling this gap. The impact of organizational culture and leadership over performance is examined with the assistance of survey data. The main mass of the survey is represented by the managers of a shopping mall. As a result of these analyzes; organizational culture and leadership, organizational culture and performance, leadership and performance were found to have a meaningful relationship. It was found that organizational culture and leadership had effects on firm performance.

Energy, which is the essence of the matter, is one of the fundamental inputs of all
economic sectors. Reducing energy consumption per unit without leading to a reduction
in service and product quality is called energy efficiency. In this study, the National Energy
Efficiency Action Plan of 2017-2023 enacted in the Official Gazette No. 30289 dated
02.01.2018 was evaluated. The plan includes the implementation of 44 actions in five
sectors. Promotion and awareness training should be given to protect the environment
and increase the efficiency in energy resources and energy use. Measurement, monitoring and evaluation audits should be conducted frequently. Continuous new projects for energy efficiency must be developed at the national and international arena. Efforts to improve energy efficiency in each sector should be made. The number of authorized companies that will carry out energy efficiency measurement, monitoring and evaluation audits should be increased. The organizations of congress and fairs on energy efficiency activities should continuously be encouraged.; Maddenin özünü oluşturan enerji tüm ekonomik sektörlerin temel girdilerinden biridir. Hizmet ve üretim kalitesinde azalmaya yol açmadan birim başına enerji tüketiminin azaltılmasına enerji verimliliği denilmektedir. Bu çalışmada 30289 sayılı Resmi Gazete’nin 02.01.2018 tarihli nüshasında yürürlüğe giren Ulusal Enerji Verimliliği Eylem Planı 2017-2023 değerlendirilmiştir. Söz konusu plan beş sektörde 44 eylemin hayata geçirilmesini içermektedir. Çevrenin korunması, enerji kaynakları ile enerjinin kullanımında verimliliğin artırılması için tanıtım ve bilinçlendirme eğitimleri verilmelidir. Ölçme, izleme ve değerlendirme denetimleri sıklıkla yapılmalıdır. Enerji verimliliğine yönelik ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde sürekli yeni projeler geliştirilmelidir. Her sektörde enerji verimliliğini artırma çalışmaları yapılmalıdır. Enerji verimliliğini ölçme, izleme ve değerlendirme denetimlerini gerçekleştirecek olan yetkili firmaların sayısı artırılmalıdır. Enerji verimliliği faaliyetlerini konu alan kongrelerin ve fuarların sürekli düzenlenmesi teşvik edilmelidir.
