Çaycuma yerleşkesi örneğinde yenilebilir bitkiler bahçesi peyzaj tasarımı ve uygulaması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; eğitim öğretim hizmeti sunarken, çeşitlenmiş ihtiyaç ve istekler çerçevesinde daima gelişme ve değişme gösteren dinamik mekânlar olan üniversitelerden biri olan Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi Çaycuma Yerleşkesi'nde yenilebilir bitkiler bahçesi peyzaj tasarımı ve uygulamasıdır. Bu kapsamda Çaycuma MYO Yerleşkesi'nde alan seçimi ve sörvey çalışması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra yerleşke içerisinde en uygun alan tespiti yapıldıktan sonra yerleşke kullanıcılarının tercihlerinin belirlenmesi için öğrenciler ve akademik-idari personele yönelik bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket verileri SPSS 20 istatistik paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda yenilebilir peyzaj tasarım projesi Autocad, Lumion 3D Vusion 4.1, Sketch Up, Photoshop CS6 extended programları aracılığıyla hazırlandıktan sonra yapısal ve bitkisel uygulamasına başlanmıştır. Araştırmanın son aşamasında yenilebilir bitkiler peyzaj projesine yönelik memnuniyeti ve tutumu ölçmek için araştırma örneklemi üzerinde tekrar anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Tez çalışmasının sonucunda; çalışma alanının yeni haliyle kullanılabilirliğini artırdığı, yenilebilir bitkiler bahçesi ile ilgili bilgisinin arttığını, yenilebilir bitkiler bahçesi peyzajında farklı elementlerin birlikte kullanılmasının estetik bir görünüm kazandırdığını, yürüyüş yollarının yeterli olduğu, oturma alanlarının yeterli olduğu, eskiye göre farklı bitkisel tasarımlar kullanıldığı, bitkilerde doku ve şekil çeşitliliği olduğu, meyve çiçek güzelliğini gösteren ürünler kullanıldığı, meyve yaprak renkleri bakımından görsellik barındırdığı, yeterli sayıda bitki bulunduğu, bitkilerin bakımlı olduğu, yeterli çim alan olduğu, hasad yapmanın kendisini mutlu ettiği, sert zemin ile yeşil alanın uyumlu olduğu, süs havuzlarının rahatlatıcı olduğu, boş zamanları değerlendirmek için uygun olduğu, yenilebilir bitkiler bahçesi peyzaj tasarımı yerleşkeye prestij kazandırdığı sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır.

The purpose of this research; Edible plants garden landscape design and application in Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Çaycuma Campus, which is one of the dynamic places that always develop and change within the framework of diversified needs and demands while providing education and training services. In this context, site selection and survey work was carried out in Çaycuma Vocational School Campus. Afterwards, after determining the most suitable area in the campus, a survey study was conducted for students and academic-administrative staff in order to determine the preferences of the campus users. Survey data were analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical package program. In line with the findings, the edible landscape design project was prepared using Autocad, Lumion 3D Vusion 4.1, Sketch Up, Photoshop CS6 extended programs, and its structural and vegetative application was started. In the last stage of the research, a survey was conducted on the research sample to measure the satisfaction and attitude towards the edible plants landscape project. As a result of the thesis work; the usability of the working area in its new state has increased, the knowledge about the edible plants garden has increased, the use of different elements in the edible plant garden landscape gives an aesthetic appearance, the walking paths are sufficient, the sitting areas are sufficient, different plant designs are used compared to the past, the variety of texture and shape in the plants. products showing the beauty of fruit and flowers are used, fruit leaf colors are visually appealing, there are enough plants, the plants are well-maintained, there is enough grass area, it makes one happy to harvest, the hard ground and green area are in harmony, the ornamental pools are relaxing, the ponds are empty. The result is that the landscape design of the edible plants garden brings prestige to the campus.
