Bir kereste işletmesi üretim sürecinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği risk değerlendirme çalışması

Abstract

İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği çalışmalarının amacı, çalışanları iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarından korumak, daha sağlıklı bir ortamda iş görmelerini sağlamaktır. İnsan kaynağına verilen önemin belki de en önemli göstergesi; İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliğine verilen önemdir. Risk değerlendirme çalışanların korunması, iş devamlılığı ve yasal uyum için oldukça önemli bir adımdır. Çalışma alanındaki gerçek potansiyel tehlikeleri anlamanıza ve çözümüne yönelmenize yardımcı olur. Temel sorun, bu metotların tek başına kullanılması ile bir prosesin tüm risklerinin kapsaması mümkün olamamaktadır. Bununla beraber yasalar tüm risklerin en az düzeye indirerek çalışanların mümkün olduğunca iyi korunmasını söylemektedir. İşte bu yüzden tüm tehlikeleri kapsayacak entegre bir risk yönetim metoduna ihtiyaç vardır. Bu bağlamda birden fazla risk değerlendirme metodu kullanılarak olası risklerin daha net tanımlanması ve önleyici önlemlerin alınması sağlanabilir. Bu çalışmada, İş sağlığı ve Güvenliği, iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları ile bunların önlenmesi için izlenebilecek yollar, risk değerlendirmesi ve risk değerlendirme metotları hakkında detaylı bilgi verilmiştir. Uygulama aşamasında Kuruoğlu Kerestecilik ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş işletmesinde, kereste ve panel bölümlerinde, L Tipi Matris Metodu, Hata Ağacı Analizi Metodu ve Papyon Analizi Metodu kullanılarak riskler değerlendirilmiş ve bu riskleri minimize edici önlemler ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda risk değerlendirme süreci kapsamında, eğitimlerin verilmesi, talimatların hazırlanması ve risk teşkil eden işletme malzemeleri için koruyucu önlemlerin alınması ve alınan bu kontrol önlemlerinin işletme tarafından uygulanması durumunda yüksek ölçekli olarak belirlenen risklerin orta ölçekli veya düşük ölçekli risk seviyesine indirilebileceği tespit edilmiştir.

Perhaps the most important indicator of the importance given to human health is compliance with Safety and Health regulations. A risk assessment is an important step in protecting your worker and your business continueties, as well as complying with the law. It helps you focus on th risks that really matter in your workplace – the ones with the potential to cause real harm. There are many different methodologies for risk assessment but the main concern that one of them do not cover all the process risk. Although, the law does not expect you to eliminate all risk , but you are required to protect people as far as 'reasonably practicable'. That is why we need an integrated assessment approach. In this context, a clearer identification of the possible risks of using more than one risk assessment method and preventive measures can be taken. This project includes occupation health and safety, protection of labor faults and occupation illnesses, risk evaluation method in application work three of these methods are chosen and fulfilled in firm.
