The aim of this study was to determine the expectations related to education of nursing students in Zonguldak School of Health, nursing department, Zonguldak Karaelmas University. The study was conducted with 274 nursing students. Data were collected by using questionnaire form on 01-14 April 2009. Data were evaluated by number and percentage test. It was determined that students wanted providing appropriate class and clinical area for training, friendly and constructive communication, decreasing teoric hours of courses, increasing clinical practice hours from health school managers and lecturers. Also, it was found that students expected from health school managers more social activities, alternative foods and drinks in dining hall and canteen and careful attention cleaning of the school. This study showed that students considered communication to health school managers and lecturers and acquiring occupational skill.
