dc.description.abstractCooperative learning is the learning model where the students work together as small groups and help to each other’s learning (Slavin, 2015). Cooperative learning is a type of learning strategy in which face-to-face communication is provided and interpersonal tasks are presented to the students in addition to a determined learning opportunity in constructed groups (Johnson & Johnson, 1994). In cooperative learning model, the activities based on cooperation within small groups in the classroom are carried out at maximum level (Richards & Rodgers, 2001). Learning depends on the information exchange among group members. Each group member is both responsible for their own learning and being motivating for increasing the learning of other members in the group (Olsen & Kagan, 1992). The purpose of students’ cooperation is to achieve learning target.en_US
