Türkiye’de orman ürünleri endüstrisinin hammadde kaynakları ve karşılaştığı problemler

Abstract

Araştırmada Orman Ürünleri İşletmelerine hammadde ile ilgili olarak 8 farklı soruluk anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Bu amaçla Orman Ürünleri Endüstri sektörü faaliyet konularına göre (kereste, yonga levha, lif levha, kaplama, kontrplak, mobilya ve kağıt) olmak üzere yedi gruba ayrılarak kereste, mobilya ve kağıt sanayisinde büyük ölçekli işletmeler, diğer sanayilerde ise bütün işletmeler dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre hammadde ihtiyacını kamu sektörü işletmelerinin tamamı, özel sektör işletmelerinin ise bir kısmı Orman Genel Müdürlüğü (OGM) ve buna bağlı işletmelerden sağlamaktadır. Özel sektör kağıt işletmeleri OGM’den hammadde alamamaktadır. OGM’den hammadde alan işletmelerin %48’i hammadde boyutlarından memnun değildir. Orman Ürünleri Endüstri işletmelerinin %83’ü hammedde temininde problemle karşılamakta, bu problemleri ise %61 ile kalite sorunu, %22 ile uygun olmayan fiyat oluşturmaktadır. İşletmelerin %51’i hammadde stoğu yapamamaktadır. Bunun en önemli sebebi ise %58 ile sermaye yetersizliğidirIn this reseacrh, questionnaire form including eight different question was subjected to forestry product enterprises. Forthis purpose, forestry products industry sector classified into seven groups (timber, chipboard, fiberboard, veneer, plywood,furniture, paper) and in timber, furniture and paper industry, the big-scale enterprises and in the all other enterprises was taken intoaccount.According to the research results, govermental enterprises supply all of required raw material from General Directorate of Forest(OGM), but private sector enterprises only small. Paper production enterprises in private sector are not able to supply raw materialfrom OGM. 48 percent of enterprises supplying raw material from OGM are not satisfied with the size of raw material. 83 percentof industry of Forestry product enterprises face with difficulty with supplying raw material and the main difficuties are the qualityproblem with 61 percent and proper with 22 percent. Besides, 51 percent of enterprises can not store raw materials and 58 percentof this is caused by capital districts.
