Türkiye Türkçesinde dakikalı saat ifadeleri ve saat grubu

Abstract

Saat ifadeleri, günlük dilde kullanımı çok fazla olan ifadelerdir. Özellikle söz dizimi alanına giren bu ifadelerin bugüne kadar gerektiği gibi incelenmemiş olması dikkat çekicidir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Türkçesinde bir saat ifadesi olan “Saat on üç otuz. / Saat on dört otuz beş.” gibi cümleler üzerinde durulacak, bu cümlelerin yüklemini oluşturan “on üç otuz / on dört otuz beş” gibi birliklerin yapısı incelenerek aynı birlikler için “saat grubu” terimi önerilecektir.

Time expressions are widely used in daily language. It is significant that these expressions, especially covered in syntax, have not been adequately analyzed. In this study, such sentences as “It’s half past one / It’s twenty five to three”, which are time expressions in Turkey Turkish, will be dealt with; the structure of the units like “half past one / twenty five to three”, which are the predicates of these sentences, will be studied and “time group” will be recommended as a term for the same units.
