Hulki Aktunç’un “Madi Hayat In The Dark” adlı öyküsünde argo

Abstract

Şiir, roman, öykü, deneme gibi farklı türlerde eserler kaleme alan Hulki Aktunç’un edebî karakterini oluşturan unsurların başında dil hassasiyeti gelir. Kadıköy sokaklarının çok kültürü ortamında temellerini attığı argo birikimini Büyük Argo Sözlüğü (Tanıklarıyla) ile kamusal düzleme aktaran sanatçı için argo, dillerin kardeşliğidir. Hulki Aktunç argoya hâkimiyetini yalnızca sözlük hazırlayarak değil, bazı eserlerinde dil ve kurgunun odağına argoyu yerleştirerek de gösterir. Çalışmada Hulki Aktunç’un babasıyla tartışıp evden kovulan ve parasız kalan bir gencin yağmurlu bir gecedeki yalnızlığının sokak diliyle anlatıldığı “Madi Hayat In the Dark” adlı öyküsünde argo üzerinden inşa edilen dil üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu çalışmada amaç Hulki Aktunç’un diğer öykülerinde ve romanlarında çok fazla yer bulmayan argonun, “Madi Hayat In the Dark” adlı öyküde “ana unsur” olarak yer aldığını ortaya koymak ve öyküdeki argo sözcükleri incelemektir. Çalışmada öykünün tüm söz varlığı incelenecek, Hulki Aktunç’un leksikograf kimliğinin öykülerine etkisi tespit edilecektir. Çalışmanın sonunda öyküde yer alan argo sözcüklerden hareketle hazırlanan öykünün tanıklı argo lügatçesine yer verilecektir.

One of themostprominentcharacteristics of Hulki Aktunç, whoauthoreddifferenttypes of literarytextlikepoem, novel, shortstory, essayetc., is his linguisticsensitivity. He had a repertoire of slangtermswhich he composedacrossthestreets of Kadıköy andtransmittedtopublicspherethrough his workTheGreatSlang Dictionary (Büyük Argo Sözlüğü). Slang is forhimthefraternity of languages. Hulki Aktunç shows his mastery of slang not onlybycompilingthedictionary but alsobyplacingslang on thecenter of languageandplot in some of his works.Thisstudydealswiththerelationshipbetweenthelanguagebased on slangterms in his shortstory“Madi Hayat in the Dark”such. Theshortstory is abouttheloneliness of a youngmanwhowentbrokeandwaskickedout of thehouse on a rainynightafterquarrellingwith his father. The aim of this study is to reveal that argon, which does not find much place in Hulki Aktunç's other stories and novels, is the main element of the story called “Madi Hayat In the Dark” and to examine the slang words in the story. In this study, the vocabulary used in the short story will be explored, and it will be interpreted how Hulki Aktunç’s identity as a lexicographer affected his fictions.At the end of the study, the witnessed slang dictionary of the story prepared from the slang words in the storywill be included.
