TURGUT ÖZAKMAN'IN KANAVİÇE PİYESİNDE ANLATICI VE ANLATIM TEKNİKLERİ

Abstract

Tiyatro binlerce yıllık geçmişi olan, antik çağlardan günümüze kadar gelen önemli bir sanat dalıdır. Tiyatro bir sahne sanatı olarak ön plana çıkmış olsa da yazılı metin kısmı olan piyesler de edebî açıdan incelemelidir. Halk tiyatrosu geleneğinden farklı olarak romanla beraber Batı'dan gelen yeni tiyatro anlayışı içinde Şair Evlenmesi, Vatan yahut Silistre gibi eserler ilk örnekler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Şair Evlenmesi'nden günümüze dek yüzlerce eser bizlerle buluşmuştur fakat bu eserler daha ziyade sahnelenme açısından ele alınmıştır. Abdülhak Hamit Tarhan gibi isimler ise okunmak için piyesler yazmışlardır. Bu da tiyatronun metin yönünün belirginlik kazanması açısından önemlidir. Tanzimat'ta ilk örnekleri verilen tiyatro türü açısından Cumhuriyet döneminde hem niceliksel hem niteliksel bir artış meydana gelmiştir. Bu dönemde eser veren önemli isimlerden biri Turgut Özakman'dır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda Turgut Özakman'ın Kanaviçe isimli piyesini anlatıcı ve anlatım teknikleri açısından inceleyeceğiz. Böylece hem tiyatro alanında edebî açıdan yapılan çalışmalara katkı sağlamaya hem de tiyatro incelemelerinde ihmal edilen anlatıcı unsurunu ve anlatım tekniklerini bu piyes üzerinden belirginleştirmeye çalışacağız.

Theater is an important branch of art with a history of thousands of years, coming from ancient times to the present. Although theater has come to the forefront as a performing art, plays that have a written text part should also be examined from a literary point of view. Unlike the folk theater tradition, literary works such as Şair Evlenmesi, Vatan yahut Silistre appear as the first examples in the new understanding of theater coming from the West along with the novel. Hundreds of literary works have been presented to us from the Şair Evlenmesi to the present day, but these literary works have been considered more from the point of view of staging. Names such as Abdulhak Hamit Tarhan have written plays to be read. This is also important in terms of making the textual aspect of the theater obvious. In terms of the type of theater, the first examples of which were given in the Tanzimat, there was both a quantitative and qualitative increase during the Republican period. One of the important names who gave works in this period is Turgut Özakman. In this direction, in our study, we will examine Turgut Özakman's play Kanaviçe in terms of narrator and narrative techniques. Thus, we will try to contribute both to the literary studies in the field of theater and to clarify the narrative element and narrative techniques that are neglected in theater reviews through this play.
