AZERBAYCAN LOJİSTİK SEKTÖRÜNÜN GENEL DURUMU VE GELİŞTİRİLEBİLECEK ALANLAR

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Azerbaycan'ın lojistik sektörünün mevcut durumunun ortaya konulması ve sektörün gelişebilmesi için neler yapabileceğinin belirlenmesidir. Yaklaşım: Çalışma tür olarak nitel bir çalışmadır. Azerbaycan’ın lojistik gelişimi ile ilgili faklı ikincil kaynaklar kullanılarak Azerbaycan’daki lojistik sektörünün gelişimine dönük yapılmış ve yapılacak çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. Bulgular: Azerbaycan çok önemli bir jeopolitik ticaret kavşağında yer almaktadır. Ülke Kuzey-Güney ve Doğu-Batı ticaret yolu üzerinde yer almaktadır. Ayrıca ülkenin petrol ve doğalgaz üreticisi olması, söz konusu ülkenin dünyadaki önemini daha da artırmaktadır. Bu nedenle lojistik sektörünün ülkede gelişmesi ve bu sektöre büyük yatırımlar yapılması kaçınılmazdır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda ülkedeki lojistik sektörünün geliştirilmesine dönük çok sayıda projenin hayata geçirildiği ve planlandığı görülmektedir. Uluslararası ticaretin artmasıyla beraber yapılacak olan projelerde uluslararası ticareti kolaylaştıracak konuların da ele alınması sektörün daha hızlı gelişmesine katkı sağlayacaktır. Özgünlük: Çalışmada Azerbaycan’daki lojistik sektörünün gelişimi ve lojistik sektörünü etkileyen çalışmalar bütüncül olarak ele alınmıştır. Yapılmış çalışmalar ve planlanan projeler gerekçeleri ile birlikte ele alınarak Azerbaycan’ın lojistik sektörünün gelişimi, gelecekte yapılması gerekenler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to reveal the current situation of the logistics sector of Azerbaijan and to determine what can be done for the development of the sector. Approach: The study is a qualitative study as a type. Using different secondary sources related to the logistics development of Azerbaijan, the development of the logistics sector in Azerbaijan has been made and the studies to be done are discussed. Findings: Azerbaijan is located at a very important geopolitical trade crossroads. The country is located on the North-South and East-West trade routes. In addition, the fact that the country is an oil and natural gas producer increases the importance of the country in question in the world. For this reason, it is inevitable for the logistics sector to develop in the country and to make large investments in this sector. As a result of the study, it is seen that many projects for the development of the logistics sector in the country have been implemented and planned. Addressing issues that will facilitate international trade in the projects to be carried out with the increase in international trade will contribute to the faster development of the sector. Originality: In the study, the development of the logistics sector in Azerbaijan and the studies affecting the logistics sector are handled holistically. The development of the logistics sector of Azerbaijan and what needs to be done in the future have been tried to be revealed by considering the studies and planned projects together with their reasons.
