Nesiller Arası Adalet Probleminin J.Rawls'un Adalet Kuramı Temelinde İncelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZ Bu çalışma; nesiller arası adalet konusunu, felsefi bir problem olarak ele alarak haklar, yükümlülükler ve tasarruflar konuları üzerinden inceler. Nesil kavramının kapsamını açıklayarak yeni bir nesil tanımı ortaya koyar. Gelecek neslin var olacağını ve bu yüzden onlara karşı sorumluluklarımızın olduğunu desteklemekle beraber mevcut neslin gelecek nesillere karşı sorumluluklarının olup olmadığı, lehte ve aleyhte görüşlere yer vererek tartışır. Bu tartışmanın kuramsal çerçevesini 20.yy siyaset felsefesinin önemli ismi John Rawls'un hakkaniyet olarak adalet kuramı oluşturur. Rawls'un adalet kuramının nesiller arası adalet probleminin çözümünde uygulanabilirliği ortaya koyularak bu konuda yapılan eleştirilere de yer verilir. ABSTRACT This paper; examines the intergenerational issue of justice as a philosophical problem on issues rights, obligations and dispositions. It propounds the definition of a new generation by explaining the scope of the concept of generation. While supporting that the next generation will exist and therefore we have responsibilities towards them, it discusses whether the current generation has responsibilities towards the future generations by giving for and against views. The theoretical framework of this debate is the theory of justice as fairness of John Rawls, an important name in 20th century political philosophy. The practicality of Rawls' theory of justice in the solution of the intergenerational justice problem is put forward and criticisms made on this issue are also included.
