YATIRIM PROJELERİNİN HAZIRLANMASI VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (İç Karlılık Oranı ve Net Bugünkü Değer Yöntemlerinin İncelenmesi)

Abstract

Ulusal kalkınmanın sağlanması için stratejik yatırımlara ve iyi hazırlanmış projelere ihtiyaç vardır. Gelişmekte olan ülkeler kıt kaynaklarını bilimsel kurallar doğrultusunda projelendirirse, verimli çalışma imkânı bulur. Bu nedenle; bu literatür çalışmasında yatırım projelerinin hazırlanması ve değerlendirilme yönetmeleri ele alınmıştır. Değerlendirme yöntemlerinden iç karlılık oranı ve net bugünkü değer yöntemi örneklerle incelenmiştir. Yatırım projesi gerçekleştirilmeden önce çok iyi irdelenmelidir. Yapılacak değerlendirme sonucunda yatırım fikrinin firma ve ülke menfaatlerine bağlı olarak kapsamlı bir biçimde incelenmesi gerekir.

The strategic investments and well prepared project are necessary for obtaining of national development. If developing countries project the scarce means related to the scientific rules, they manage resources, efficiently. Therefore, preparation and evaluation methods of investments are presented in this review study. Internal rate of return and net present value methods of the evaluation methods are examined with the examples. Investment project, should be assessed before they are put in to practice. As a result of the evaluations, investment decision could comprehensively investigated related to the firm and country benefits.
