Endüstriyel İşletme Çalışanlarının Bireysel Yenilikçilik İle Bilgi İletişim Teknolojilerini Kullanım Düzeylerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Çalışma kapsamında, endüstriyel işletme çalışanlarının bireysel yenilikçilik ile bilgi iletişim teknolojilerini (BİT) kulanım düzeyleri ile çalışanların bireysel yenilikçilik ve BİT'i kullanım düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. Araştırma tarama ve ilişkisel tarama modeline göre yürütülmüş, anket tekniği kullanılarak 416 çalışandan sağlıklı veri elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda çalışanların günlük BİT'i kullanma sürelerinin ortalaması 4.44 saat (ss=3,30), bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerinin ortalaması 62,47 (ss=7,84) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerinin eğitim düzeylerine göre; günlük ortalama BİT kullanım sürelerinin ise yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi ve işyerinde çalışma süresine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak işletmeler tarafından çalışanların yenilik ve teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarının bilinmesi ve bu doğrultuda işletmede gerekli uygulamaların gerçekleştirilmesi önemlidir.

Within the scope of the study, it was investigated whether the individual innovativeness and information communication technologies (ICT) usage levels of the industrial enterprise employees and the individual innovativeness and ICT usage levels of the employees differ in terms of various variables. The research was carried out according to the scanning and relational scanning model, and healthy data were obtained from 416 employees by using the questionnaire technique. As a result of the research, the average of the daily use of ICT by the employees was 4.44 hours (sd=3.30), and the average of their individual innovativeness level was 62.47 (sd=7.84). According to the education levels of the individual innovativeness of the employees; On the other hand, it has been determined that daily average ICT usage times differ significantly according to age, marital status, education level and working time at the workplace. As a result, it is important for businesses to know the attitudes of employees towards innovation and technology and to implement necessary practices in this direction.
