Kent İçi Otopark Çözümlerine Akıllı Yaklaşımlar: Safranbolu Kent Örneği

Abstract

Günümüzde kentleşmenin hızlanması ile kentlerde yaşayan nüfus artmaktadır. Bu hızlı artış ile plansız kentleşme ilerlemiş ve kentsel sorunlar ortaya çıkmıştır. İlerleyen ve gelişen yeni teknolojilerle bu sorunlara akıllı çözümler aranmaya başlanmıştır. Kentsel sorunların önemli bir bileşeni olan trafik ve yoğun araç sıkıntısı, yakıt ve çevre kirliliği sorunlarını da ortaya çıkarmıştır. Sınırlı kaynaklar ve yoğun nüfuslu şehirlerin yönetimi gibi çeşitli sıkıntılar barındıran kentler için akıllı çözümler üretilmeye başlanmıştır. Verileri eş zamanlı işlemek ve veri entegrasyonu gibi ileri teknoloji kullanılarak sürdürülebilir akıllı kentler ile çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, akıllı kentler ve otopark çözümleri ulusal ve uluslararası boyutta araştırılarak incelenmiştir. Tarihi ve turistik değere sahip Safranbolu kentinde, ticari, eğitim ve turizm açısından önemli bir yere sahip olan Sadri Artunç Caddesi'nde yaşanan trafik ve otopark sorunu analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda caddede yaşanan otopark sıkıntısına ve trafik sorununa çözüm niteliğinde akıllı otopark sistemi önerilmiştir.

In today's world, with the acceleration of urbanization, the population living in cities is increasing. With this rapid increase, unplanned urbanization has progressed and urban problems have emerged. With the advancing and developing new technologies, smart solutions have been sought for these problems. Traffic and heavy vehicle shortages, which are an important component of urban problems, have also revealed fuel and environmental pollution problems. Smart solutions have started to be suggested for cities that have various problems such as limited resources and the management of densely populated cities. Sustainable smart cities and solutions have been proposed by using advanced technology such as simultaneous processing of data and data integration. Within the scope of this study, smart cities and parking solutions have been researched and examined on a national and international scale. In the city of Safranbolu, which has historical and touristic value, the traffic and parking problem in Sadri Artunç Street, which has an important place in terms of commercial, education and tourism, has been analyzed. In line with the data obtained, a smart parking system has been proposed as a solution to the parking problem and traffic problem on the street.
