Bartın ili Ulus ilçesi turizm potansiyeli Swot analizi ile belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmadaki amaç Bartın İli Ulus İlçesini turizm potansiyelini SWOT analizi tekniğinden faydalanarak meydana çıkarmaktır. Bartın ili turizm olanaklarından, Ulus ilçesinin tarihi ve coğrafi yapısı ile kültürel ve turizm değerlerine değinilmiştir. Üstünlükler olarak; tarihi Kocagöz Konağı ve doğal güzellik Küre Dağları Milli Parkı varlığıdır. Fırsatlar olarak; trekking yapmaya uygun alanların varlığı, Safranbolu ile Amasra destinasyonları arasında olması dolayısıyla turist potansiyelinin yüksek olmasıdır. Zayıflıklar olarak; tanıtım ve pazarlamanın yapılmaması, turistik hizmetlerde kalitenin düşmesi, insanlarda turizm bilincinin olmaması tespit edilmiştir. Tehditler olarak yanlış turizm politikalarını üretilmesi, ilçede turistik alanlarda barınma sıkıntısı olmakla beraber yerel yönetimde yaşanan mali ve teknik kapasitenin yetersiz olması da yer almaktadır. Turizm politika yapıcılarına konu ile ilgili farklı teklifler sunulmuştur. Turizm politika yapıcılarına konu ile ilgili çeşitli öneriler sunuldu.

The aim of this study is to reveal the tourism potential of Bartın Province Ulus District by using SWOT analysis technique. Among the tourism opportunities of Bartın province, the historical and geographical structure of Ulus district and its cultural and tourism values are mentioned. As advantages; The historical Kocagöz Mansion and the natural beauty of the Küre Mountains National Park are assets. As opportunities; The existence of suitable areas for trekking, the fact that it is between Safranbolu and Amasra destinations, therefore, has a high tourist potential. As weaknesses; It has been determined that the lack of promotion and marketing, the decrease in the quality of touristic services, the lack of tourism awareness in people. As threats, there is the production of wrong tourism policies, the lack of accommodation in the touristic areas in the district, as well as the insufficient financial and technical capacity of the local government. Different proposals on the subject have been presented to tourism policy makers. Various suggestions were presented to tourism policy makers on the subject.
