Öğretmenlerin bakışıyla öğretmenlerde tükenmişlik düzeylerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerde tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile ilgili genel durumun öğretmenlerin bakışıyla ortaya konması ve tükenmişlik düzeyi ile çeşitli demografik değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma grubu çeşitli illerde bulunan, farklı branşlardaki toplam 303 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Bu araştırmada karma yöntem ve iki farklı veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. İlk veri toplama aracı “Öğretmenlerin Tükenmişlikleri Hakkındaki Görüşleri Anketi”, ikinci veri toplama aracı ise “Öğretmen Tükenmişliği Ölçeği”dir. Araştırma bulgularına göre “bilişim teknolojileri (BT) kullanım yeterlikleri” ile “disiplin sorunları ve sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili problemlerin yaşanması” durumları öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik duygusu hissetmelerinin en önemli nedenleridir.

This study is aimed to demonstrate the general situation of teachers’ burnout. It also aims to examine teachers’ burnoutin relation to various demographic variables.The study group consisted of 303 teachers, who arefrom different disciplines, participated from various provincesin Turkey. Mixed method was applied, and two different data collection tools were used to collect data for the study. The first data collection tool is titled as "Survey on Teachers' Burnout", and the second one is"Teacher Burnout Scale". According to the findings, “adequacy of using ICT" and "discipline problems and experiencing problems aboutclassroom management" cases are the most important causes forteachers forfeelingburnout
