Özet
In this work, a new capacitor multiplier circuit is proposed with recently recommended cell-based variable transconductance amplifier (cell-based VTA). Cell-based VTA can be considered as operational transconductance amplifier, it can be obtained by cascading symmetrical OTAs and it also provide high performance to design reconfigurable electronic circuit design. The change interval of Gm is wider for the cell-based VTA than operational transconductance amplifier (OTA). Capacitor multiplier circuits play an important role in the design of biomedical circuits, especially operating at low frequencies. The verification of the designed circuit is proved in Cadence environment with TSMC 0.18 mu m technology.
