Fayda-değer analizi bilgisayar programı ve Bartın-İnkumu tatil beldesinde uygulanışı

Abstract

Fayda-Değer Analizi, çeşitli amaçların özdeş fiziksel ya da paraya ilişkin birimlerle açıklanamadığı durumlarda, ormancılıkta çok yönlü kullanımda en iyi çözümün bulunması için kullanılan psikometrik (içsel) değerlendirme yöntemidir. Bu yöntem önerilen seçeneklerin sonuçlandırılması için sistematik bir değerlendirmeyi sağlayarak karar vermeyi kolaylaştırır. Yöntem, belirlenen seçeneklere ilişkin ölçütlerin ve ağırlıklarına göre seçeneklerin önem sırasının belirlenmesine yardımcı olur. Yöntemin uygulanışı Bartın İnkumu tatil beldesinin kuramsal verilerine göre açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmada ayrıca, sözü edilen verilerle güvenirliliği kontrol edilen bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştirNutzwertanalyse (NUWA) is apsychometric instrument for finding the best compromise in the multiple useplanning of forestry, when the multiple objectives cannot be expressed in the same physical or monetary unit. Itinsures a systematic assesment of the consequences of proposed alternatives and thoroughly documents thedesicion process. The method leads to a ranking of alternatives based upon weighting of the objectives andevaluation of the contribution of each alternative to these objectives. The use of the method is illustrated withhypothetical data of Bartın-İnkumu recreation area. In this study, furthermore, a computer programmecontrolling the confident is created.
