Kadın Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hemşireliği Dersinde Geliştirilen Sağlık Eğitim Materyali Öğrencilerin Öğretim Materyali Motivasyonu ve Materyal Tasarımı Öz Yeterlilik İnancını Etkiler mi?

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, hemşirelik öğrencileri tarafından kadın sağlığı ve hastalıkları hemşireliği dersinde geliştirilen sağlık eğitimi materyalinin, öğrencilerin öğretim materyali motivasyonu ve materyal tasarımı öz yeterlilik inancı üzerine etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Prospektif randomize kontrollü özellikte yürütülen çalışma, 30.10.2023-20.01.2024 tarihleri arasında Bartın Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümü Kadın Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hemşireliği dersi alan ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü n=86 (43=kontrol, 43=müdahale) öğrenci ile randomize olarak müdahale ve kontrol gruplarıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veriler, literatür incelenerek hazırlanan Veri Toplama Formu, Öğretim Materyali Motivasyon Ölçeği (ÖMMÖ) ve Materyal Tasarımı Öz Yeterlik İnancı Ölçeği (MTÖYİÖ) ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistik, Student t-test, Mann-Whitney U Testi, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Testi, Pearson correlation testleri kullanılmıştır. Kontrol grubu öğrencilerin %51,2’sinin ve müdahale grubu öğrencilerin %55,8’inin daha önce öğretim materyali hazırladığı belirlenmiştir. Kontrol grubu öğrencilerin MTÖYİÖ ön test ve son test toplam puan ortalamaları (sırasıyla 94,35±22,60, 92,19±26,80) arasında fark saptanmazken (p>0,05), ÖMMÖ ön test ve son test toplam puan ortalamaları (sırasıyla 125,67±22,06, 124,23±20,56) ve müdahale grubu öğrencilerin ÖMMÖ ön test ve son test toplam puan ortalamaları (sırasıyla 132,12±16,48, 175,91±0,61) ve MTÖYİÖ ön test ve son test toplam puan ortalamaları (sırasıyla 103,16±19,21, 124,93±0,46) arasında farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur (p

This study aimed to examine the effect of the health education material developed by nursing students in the women’s health and diseases nursing course on students’ teaching material motivation and material design self-efficacy beliefs. The prospective randomized controlled study was conducted with n=86 (43=control, 43=intervention) students who took the Women’s Health and Diseases Nursing course at Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department between 30.10.2023-20.01.2024 and volunteered to participate in the research. It was conducted randomly with intervention and control groups. In the study, data were collected with the Data Collection Form, Instructional Material Motivation Scale (IMMS) and Material Design Self-Efficacy Belief Scale (MDSEBS). Descriptive statistics, Student t-test, Mann-Whitney U Test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Pearson correlation tests were used to evaluate the data. It was determined that 51.2% of the control group students and 55.8% of the intervention group students had prepared teaching materials before.
