Bulgusal montaj hattı dengeleme problemlerinin çözümünde matlab yazılımı ile program geliştirme

Abstract

Montaj hattı dengeleme problemlerinin çözümü için MATLAB yazılımı kullanılarak bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen bu program sayesinde beş farklı bulgusal (sezgisel) montaj hattı dengeleme yöntemi incelenmiştir. Geliştirilen program sayesinde çok uzun süre alan montaj hattı dengeleme problemlerinin çözümü çok kısa bir sürede gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Zamandan tasarrufun yanı sıra, montaj hattı dengeleme problemlerinin çözümü esnasında ortaya çıkabilecek olası yanlışlıkların ve hataların da önüne geçilmiş ve her defasında doğru bir şekilde montaj hattı dengelemesi yapılmıştır.

A computer program using MATLAB software for the solution of assembly line balancing problems have been developed. Through this program, five different heuristic assembly line balancing methods were investigated and developed. With the use of the program developed, line balancing problem is solved in a fast and easy way. As well as saving time, the possible mistakes and errors that can occur during the solution of problem are prevented for the assembly line balancing and assembly line balancing is done correctly every time.
