Coğrafi işaret kavramı ve Devrek bastonu örneği

Abstract

Türkiye jeopolitik konumu, dört mevsimi bir arada ya?ayabilen ender ülkelerden biri olması, zengin yer altı ve yer üstü doğal kaynakları, kültürü ve tarihsel birikimiyle Dünya'da e?i benzeri olmayan bir coğrafi ürün yelpazesine sahiptir. Coğrafi i?aret, bu zengin coğrafyanın sahip olduğu geni? ürün yelpazesinin korunması ve özgün kılınmasında önemli bir mihenk ta?ıdır. Son verilere göre Türkiye'de coğrafi i?arete sahip 188 ürün vardır. Bu çalı?mada, coğrafi i?aret tesciline sahip ah?aptan imal edilmi? tek tescilli ürün olan Devrek Bastonu Örneği ele alınarak, bu i?aretin üretim yapan i?letmeler üzerindeki olumlu ve/veya olumsuz etkilerinin belirlenmesi, i?letmelerin bu i?aret hakkında kazanım veya kazanç yönünden geri dönü?ümlerinin nasıl olduğu, kar?ıla?ılan sorunlar ve akabinde bunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri ara?tırılmı?tır. Çalı?mada anket metodu uygulanarak elde edilen veriler istatistiki olarak değerlendirilmi?tir. Sonuç olarak; ??letmelerin demografik özellikleri, mevcut durumu ve coğrafi i?aret etkileri gibi konular hakkında mevcut durum ve sorunlar ortaya konulmu? ve çözüm önerileri geli?tirilmi?tir.

Turkey has wide product range of by means of its geopolitical position and it is one rare countries since four seasons can be selen together, and it has rich underground soures, cultural and historical summation. Geographical indication is unique to protect this wide product range and it is endemic. Latest datas show there are 188 products chat have geographical indication. ?n this study, research has been done by dealing with the unique officially registered Devrek Walking Stick example which is mad of wooden and has geographical official registration, also positive and negative affetse have been determined for business enterprises which are producing this indication and feed back of business enterprises are in what condition about gain of this indication and problem that are encountered and solution suggestion for these problems are researched. In this study datas that are obtained are evaluated by applying questionnaire method. As a result, solution suggestions are developed and present situations and problems are displyed about endemic qualities, present sitiation and geographical indication effects.
