Abstract

Bartın Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi, Tarih bölümü öğretim üyesi merhum Özgür Tokan hocamızın hatırasını yaşatmak amacı ile kaleme aldığımız yazımızda, değerli hocamızı akademik hayatı ve öğrenciye yaklaşımı konu edindik. Merhum hocamız gerek akademik alanda yapmış olduğu çalışmalarla Tarih camiasına önemli katkılar sunar, gerekse öğrencilerini daima desteklerdi. Değerli hocamızı bu iki açıdan kısaca sizlere aktarmaya çalıştık.

In this article, we commemorate the late Özgür Tokan, a faculty member in the History Department of Bartın University's Faculty of Letters. We explore his academic life and approach to students. Our late professor made significant contributions to the history community through his academic work and was always supportive of his students. We have attempted to briefly share these two aspects of our esteemed professor's life with you.
