KOSGEB proje esaslı desteklerin işletmelerin örgütsel ve finansal yapı üzerine etkileri: TR81 bölgesinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Türkiye ekonomisinin önemli bir bölümünü kapsayan ve ekonominin bel kemiği konumunda olan KOBi'ler, günümüz yaşantısında değişim ve rekabete kolay uyum sağlayabilen yapılar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadırlar. Ekonomik büyüklükleri ve yapılarındaki farklılaşmalara rağmen özellikle istihdam ve üretim açısında ülkeler için sundukları olanaklar hem gelişmiş hem gelişmekte olan hem de az gelişmiş ülkeler için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu açıdan KOBİ?ler, ülke ekonomilerinde son derece önemli bir yere sahip olmaları nedeniyle ekonomik canlılığın da önemli bir göstergesi durumundadırlar. Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ'ler), devlet tarafından sunulan mali desteklerin ülke ekonomisine büyük katkılar sağladığı bir gerçek. Bu destekler sayesinde gerçekleşen personel alımları, istihdamı artırarak önemli bir etki yaratmaktadır. Bu olumlu etkiler göz önüne alındığında, devletin KOBİ'leri teşvik etmek ve büyümelerine destek olmak için daha fazla çaba sarf etmesi gerekmektedir. KOBİ'ler, ülke ekonomisinin temel taşlarından biridir ve onların büyümesi, genel ekonominin de gelişmesine büyük katkı sağlayacaktır. KOSGEB, kurulduğu günden bu yana girişimcilikle ilgili önemli projeler ve destekler sunmuştur. Bu destekler, birçok girişimcinin işletme kurmalarını cesaretlendirmiş ve teşvik etmiştir. Zaman içinde, girişimcilerin katma değer yaratma konusundaki farkındalıklarını artırmayı amaçlayan destek programları geliştirmiştir. Bu destek programları sayesinde, ülkemizde girişimcilik kültürünün oluşmasına önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Son zamanlarda, yaratıcılık, inovasyon ve girişimcilik terimleri ülkemizde yoğun bir şekilde bir arada kullanılmaya başlamıştır. KOSGEB, bugünden itibaren de değişen ve gelişen dünya ekonomisini göz önünde bulundurarak ülkemizdeki girişimcilik ekosisteminin lideri olma misyonunu sürdürmeye kararlıdır. Örgütsel yapı işletmelerin yapı taşı ve en önemli unsurlarından biridir çünkü örgüt yapısının bilgi yönetimini kolaylaştırma potansiyeli vardır. Örgütsel yapı, insanların eylemlerini nasıl koordine ettiklerini ve örgütsel hedeflere ulaşmak için kaynakları nasıl kullandığını kontrol eden resmi görev ve yetki ilişkileri sistemidir..Bu çalışmanın amacı KOSGEB desteği alan işletmelerin örgütsel değişimini incelemektir. İşletmelerin departman sayısı, örgüt yapısı, çalışan sayısı, kurumsallaşma seviyesi, finansal yapısı ve diğer faktörler baz alınacaktır.KOSGEB desteği alan işletemlerin destek almadan önce ki durumu ve sonra ki durumu detaylı bir şekilde karşılaştırılacaktır.Ve KOSGEB desteklerinden sonra örgütsel yapıda nasıl bir değişim olduğu araştırılacaktır. Bu çalışma iki teorik bir uygulama bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Tr-81 bölgesinde ki KOSGEB desteği alan işletmelerdir.Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında KOSGEB proje esaslı destek alan işletmeler için detaylı literatür çalışması yapılacaktır. İkinci aşamada KOSGEB desteği alan işletmelerin ,işletmenin örgütsel ve finansal yapısının değişimi incelenecektir ve detaylı bir şekilde bilgi verilecektir. Üçüncü olan uygulama bölümünde ise t81 bölgesinde ki destek alan firmalarla anket çalışması yapılacaktır ve işletmelerin destek almadan önce ki ve sonra ki örgütsel ve finansal yapısı detaylı bir şekilde analiz edilecektir. Son bölümde ise literatür çalışması ve uygulama verilerine dayanılarak KOSGEB proje esaslı desteklerin işletmelerin örgütsel ve finansal yapısına etkileri üzerine etkileri ve katkıları belirtilecektir.SMEs, which cover a significant part of the Turkish economy and are the physical state of the economy, continue their existence as structures that can easily adapt to change and competition in today's life. These positive effects should be taken into account and more efforts should be made to encourage SMEs and support their growth. SMEs are one of the cornerstones of the country's economy and their growth makes a permanent contribution to the general economy. KOSGEB has recently started to present important projects related to entrepreneurship. This figure has encouraged and encouraged many entrepreneurs to establish businesses. Over time, it has developed support programs aimed at increasing the level of added value creation of entrepreneurs. Thanks to these support programs, women make significant contributions to the entrepreneurship culture. Recently, innovation, innovativeness and entrepreneurship methods have begun to develop intensively together today. KOSGEB is determined to continue its story of being the leader of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, considering the wealth and rich world economy from today. Organizational structure is one of the building blocks and most important elements of businesses because the organizational structure has the potential to facilitate information management. Organizational structure is a system of formal duties and authority relationships that controls how people coordinate their actions and use resources to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational change of enterprises receiving KOSGEB support. The number of departments of the enterprises, organizational structure, number of employees, institutionalization level, financial structure and other factors will be taken as basis. The situation of the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support before and after receiving support will be compared in detail. And what change there was in the organizational structure after KOSGEB support will be investigated. . This study consists of two theoretical and application parts. The sample of the research is the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support in the Tr-81 region. In the first stage of the study, a detailed literature study will be conducted for the enterprises receiving KOSGEB project-based support. In the second stage, the change in the organizational and financial structure of the enterprises receiving KOSGEB support will be examined and detailed information will be given. In the third application part, a survey will be conducted with the companies receiving support in the t81 region and the organizational and financial structure of the companies before and after receiving support will be analyzed in detail. In the last section, the effects and contributions of KOSGEB project-based supports on the organizational and financial structure of businesses will be stated, based on literature study and application data.
