Didim turizm bölgesindeki konaklama işletmelerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Didim’de faaliyet gösteren konaklama işletmelerinin günümüz koşullarında yaşadığı sorunları ve eksiklikleri kapsayan on konaklama işletmesinde araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma derinlemesine görüşme metodu kullanılarak yapılmıştır. İşletme yöneticilerinin verdiği cevaplar incelenmiş ve gerekli çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Araştırma bulgularının, işletme sahiplerine, sektör üzerinde yaşanan sorunlara ve sektör ile alakalı diğer kuruluşların önemleri hakkında önemli ipuçları sağlayacağı düşünülmüştür. Konaklama İşletmelerinde turizm faaliyetleri dahilinde sağlanan döviz girişlerinin ödemeler bilançosu üzerinde yarattığı etki ve yerel ekonomide yarattığı etkinin bölgede yaşayan tüm ekonomik birimlerin bu bağlamda toplam gelirlerinin arttığı görülmüştür. Didim yerelinde turizmin en önemli gelir kaynaklarından biri konaklama işletmeleridir. Çalışmada tümdengelim yöntemi kullanılmış ve literatür taramaları yapılarak, istatiksel bilgiler kullanılmıştır.

A research was conducted on ten accommodation establishments covering the problems and deficiencies of accommodation establishments operating in Didim in today's conditions. The research was conducted using in-depth interview method. The answers given by the business managers were examined and necessary inferences were made. It is thought that the research findings will provide important clues to the business owners about the problems experienced on the sector and the importance of other institutions related to the sector. It has been observed that the effect of foreign exchange inflows provided within tourism activities in Accommodation Businesses on the balance of payments and the effect on the local economy have increased in this context, the total income of all economic units living in the region. One of the most important income sources of tourism in Didim locality is accommodation establishments. In the study, the deductive method was used, and the literature was searched and statistical information was used.
