Çevresel özelliklerin kurumsal kaynak planlaması (KKP) uygulama başarısı ve algılanan organizasyonel performans üzerindeki etkisi

Abstract

Çalısmanın hedefi, çevresel özelliklerin (rekabetçi baskı ve çevresel belirsizlik) KKP sistemi uygulama basarısı ve organizasyonel performans üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmektir. Bu amaçla 236 firmadan elde edilen veri, regresyon kullanılarak analiz edilmistir. Analizden elde edilen bulgular, (1) çevresel özelliklerin KKP uygulama basarısı ve algılanan organizasyonel performans üzerinde pozitif ve istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin bulundugunu, (2) KKP uygulama basarısının, organizasyonel performansı istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir biçimde açıkladıgını ve (3) algılanan organizasyonel performansın açıklanmasında çevresel özelliklerle birlikte KKP uygulama basarısı da dikkate alındıgında, tüm degiskenlerin istatistiki olarak anlamlı oldugunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of environmental characteristics (competitive pressure and environmental uncertainty) on the implementation success of ERP systems and organizational performance. For this purpose, the data obtained from 236 firms via questionnaire were analyzed using regression. Findings obtained from analysis showed that (1) competitive pressure and environmental uncertainty have a positive and statistically significant effects on the implementation success and perceived organizational performance, (2) the implementation success of ERP has a positive and statistically significant effect on the organizational performance, and (3) when the implementation success of ERP together with environmental characteristics were taken into consideration in explaining the perceived organizational performance, all of the variables were significantly meaningful.
