Özet
Aim of study: This study was carried out with the aim of determining the types and distribution of macrofungi in Kure Mountains National Park's Kastamonu Boundaries. Area of study: The studies were carried out on approximately 18,121 (48%) hectares of the Kure Mountains National Park (absolute total protection area of 37,753 hectares) within the Kastamonu province borders. Material and Methods: In the field studies were carried out between 2013 and 2015, photographs of the samples were taken, GPS records were taken, geographical and ecological characteristics of the area, morphological structure of samples and date was noted. In the laboratory studies, external morphological features and molecular structures such as size, diameter, color, odor, hardness or softness of samples were investigated. The samples were tried to be diagnosed by using diagnostic resources in the direction of the obtained data.. Main results: As a result of identification studies of 85 macrofungi samples collected from the field, 45 macrofungi species belonging to 33 genus were identified from 23 families, including 2 classes.. These species have belongs to 4 species Ascomycota and 41 species Basidiomycota. Research highlights: This study can lay the groundwork for further biodiversity work in the area, providing a basis for ensuring the continuity of the macrofungus flora and biological diversity within the national park.
