dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to show the relation between emotional labor, job burnout and intention to turnover of travel agency workers, and to develop appropriate suggestions in the light of obtained findings. For this aim, a survey is applied to travel agency workers which is one of the emotional labor-intensive jobs. According to the results of this research, emotional labor behaviors of travel agency workers influence job burnout negatively and their level of job burnout influences intention to turnover positively. However, any relation between emotional labor and intention to turnover was not found.
dc.description.abstractScopul acestui studiu este de a prezentarela?ia dintre impactul emo?ional al muncii, epuizarea la locul de munc? ?i inten?ia de schimbare a locului de munc? a lucr?torilor agen?iilor de turism?i de a dezvolta propuneri adecvate în lumina constat?rilor ob?inute. De aceea, a fost aplicat un sondaj pentru lucr?torii agen?iilor de turism, care reprezint? un loc de lucru cu impact emo?ional de intensitate mare. Conform rezultatelor acestei cercet?ri, comportamentul în urma impactului emo?ional al muncii asupra lucr?torilor agen?iilor de turism, influen?eaz? în mod negativ gradul de epuizare la locul de munc?, iar gradul de epuizare la locul de munc? influen?eaz? în mod pozitiv inten?ia de schimbare a locului de munc?. Cu toate acestea, o rela?ie între impactul emo?ional ?i inten?ia de schimbare a locului de munc? nu a fost stabilit?.
