Bartın Üniversitesi Orman Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü mezunlarının girişimcilik eğilimi

Abstract

Girişimcilik, işsizlik probleminin azalmasına, istihdamın artmasına, gelir artışına olanak sağlayıp ülkenin ekonomik refah seviyesini yükseltecek bir eylemdir. Toplumları oluşturan bireylerin girişimcilik eğilimlerinin, bu eğilimleri etkileyen faktörlerin tespit edilmesi, toplumların girişimcilik potansiyelleri açısından bizlere bilgi verebilir ve sonraki çalışmalarda araştırmacılara yol gösterebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Bartın Üniversitesi Orman Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü mezunlarının girişimcilik özelliklerini belirleyip mevcut girişimcilik tablolarını ortaya koymak, girişimcilik konusunda tespit edilecek eksikliklere çözüm önerileri sunarak, ileride yapılacak olan araştırmalara ve araştırmacılara fikir vermektir. Bu amaçla 84 mezuna çevrimiçi anket tekniği ile bir anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 ortamında istatistiksel yöntemler ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Bartın Üniversitesi Orman Fakültesi Orman Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü mezunlarının %9,5’inin mezun olduktan sonra bir girişimcilik yaptığı, %90,5’inin ise mezun olduktan sonra bir girişimcilik yapmadığı belirlenmiştir. Mezunların girişimciliğe yönelik tutumları incelenip girişimcilik yapmama konusundaki sorunları belirtilip çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir.

The entrepreneurship is an action which reduces the rate of the unemployment but increases the rate of the employment. It is also an action which raises the whole country’s welfare level. The people’s tendency of the entrepreneurship in a society enlightens us about the factors which makes these tendencies possible and the society’s potential of the entrepreneurship. So this can show researchers a new way for further studies. The aims in this work are to show the present charts of the entrepreneurship while defining the entrepreneurship features of Bartin University Forest Industry Engineering Department graduates and to give an idea for further studies that will be done in future and also to suggest solutions for the lacks that will be detected about the entrepreneurship. While this aim, the survey was made to eighty four graduates about the technique of online survey. The results of this survey were evaluated with the statistical ways in SPSS 22.0 area. As a results of this study, it is seen that 9.5% of Bartin University Forest Industry Engineering Department graduates made an entrepreneurship after graduating while 90.5% of them did nothing. These attitudes of graduates towards the entrepreneurship were examined and the problems about not doing any attempts for this matter were established and finally suggestions of solving this problem were developed.
