Sağlık turizmi ve sağlık turizminde inovasyon

Abstract

Günümüz küresel yaşantısında sağlık turizmi kavramının önem taşıdığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu kapsamda sağlık turizminin, sağlık turisti alan ülkelere çeşitli faydalar sağladığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu doğrultuda ülkeler ve/veya ülkelerdeki kuruluşlarının sağlık turisti alabilmek için sürekli olarak yenilikler ve teknolojik gelişmeler paralelinde düzenlemeler yaptıkları gözlemlenmektedir. Yapılan bu işlemlerin ise sağlık inovasyonu kavramını doğurduğu gözlemlenmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu araştırmanın konusunu açıklanan kavramlar olan sağlık turizmi ve inovasyonu oluşturmaktadır. Kavramlar paralelinde bu çalışma, sağlık turizmi kavramının değerlendirilmesi ve sağlık hizmetlerinde inovasyon olgusunun sağlık turizmi çerçevesinde açıklanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. İlgili alanyazın çalışmalarında yer alan bilgiler derleme tarzında verilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında ortaya çıkan genel sonuç; günümüzde sağlık turizmi kavramının oldukça önemli olduğu ve ilgililerin sağlık turizmini geliştirebilmek adına sağlıkta inovasyona yöneldikleri gözlemlenmiştir.

It is observed that the concept of health tourism is important in today's global life. In this context, it is observed that health tourism provides various benefits to the countries that receive health tourists. In this direction, it is observed that countries and/or their organizations in the countries constantly make arrangements in line with innovations and technological developments in order to receive health tourists. It is observed that these processes give birth to the concept of health innovation. In this context, the subject of this research is health tourism and innovation, which are the concepts explained. In parallel with the concepts, this study aims to evaluate the concept of health tourism and to explain the phenomenon of innovation in health services within the framework of health tourism. Document analysis was used as a data collection method in the research. The information in the related literature studies is given in the form of compilation. The general result of the research; It has been observed that the concept of health tourism is very important today and those concerned are turning to innovation in health in order to develop health tourism.
