Türkiye'de örgüt iklimi konulu lisansüstü tezlere yönelik bibliyometrik bir analiz

Abstract

Örgüt iklimi, örgüt içerisindeki insan faktörünün birbiriyle olan ilişki yapısını ifade eden bir kavramdır. Diğer bir deyişle örgüt içindeki dominant olan psikolojik durumdur. Araştırmada, YÖKTEZ - Yükseköğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezinde 1990-2022 döneminde, içerisinde örgüt iklimi kavramı geçen lisansüstü tezler belli değişkenlere göre değerlendirilmiş ve bibliyometrik analize tabi tutulmuştur. Bu kapsamda, 34 doktora ve 188 yüksek lisans türünde olmak üzere toplamda 222 tez incelenmiştir. İncelenen lisansüstü tezlerin durumunu özetlemek adına bibliyometrik analiz tekniği araştırma yöntemi olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde en çok yayınlanan lisansüstü tezin 2019 senesinde ve alan yazına en çok katkı yapan üniversitenin Marmara Üniversitesi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Örgüt iklimi konusunda ele alınan lisansüstü tezlerin büyük bölümünün sosyal bilimler enstitüsü ve işletme ana bilim dalı tarafından, yüksek lisans düzeyinde ve işletme konusunda hazırlandığı gözlemlenmiştir.

Organizational climate is a concept that expresses the relationship structure of the human factor in the organization. In other words, it is the dominant psychological state in the organization. In the research, graduate theses, which include the concept of organizational climate, in the period of 1990-2022 at Higher Education Institution National Thesis Center were evaluated according to certain variables and subjected to bibliometric analysis. In this context, a total of 222 theses, including 34 doctoral and 188 master's theses, were examined. In order to summarize the status of the examined postgraduate theses, the bibliometric analysis technique was accepted as a research method. As a result of the research, it was determined that the most published postgraduate thesis was in 2019 and the university that contributed the most to the literature was Marmara University. It has been observed that most of the postgraduate theses on organizational climate are prepared by the institute of social sciences and the department of business administration, at the graduate level and on business administration.
