TÜRKİYE AHŞAP İŞLEME MAKİNELERİ ÜRETİM SEKTÖRÜNÜN İŞLETME YAPISININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Ahşap işleme makineleri (AİM) üretimi, ülkemizde sanayileşmenin başladığı 1940'lı yıllardan beri mobilya ve diğerorman ürünleri endüstrisinin gelişimine paralel olarak ilerleme kaydetmiştir. Günümüzde bu alanda üretim yapanişletmelerin sayısı giderek artmakta ancak bu artış her sektörde olduğu gibi çeşitli yapısal sorunları beraberindegetirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren AİM üretim işletmelerinin yapısal özellikleri ve sektörünsorunlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla 38 sorudan oluşan bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Basit tesadüfiörnekleme yöntemiyle toplam 57 işletmede gerçekleştirilen anket sonucu elde edilen bulgular tablo olarakdüzenlenmiş, konuya ilişkin analizler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre işletme yapısı ve sorunları tespit edilmiş,çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, sektörde yaşanan sorunlara kalıcı çözümler bulmak amacıyla sektörtemsilcileri ve devlet yetkililerinin işbirliği yapma gereği vurgulanmıştır. İşletmelere teknolojik yatırımlarsağlayacak devlet teşviklerinin yaygınlaştırılmasıyla sektör modern bir yapıya kavuşacaktır. Böylece işletmelerinürün kalitesini arttıracağı, daha ekonomik üretim yapacağı ve yoğun rekabet ortamında başarılarını üst düzeyeçıkaracağı ön görülmüştür.

Manufacturing of woodworking machinery (MWM) has been growing in parallel to furniture and other forestproducts industry since 1940's. Nowadays the number of manufacturers in this sector is growing rapidly but thisgrowth brings various structural issues similar to every other sector. In this study, determination of structuralcharacteristics and issues of MWM sector were aimed. For this reason, a questionnaire study comprised of 38questions was carried out. Simple random sampling method was applied to 57 different enterprises and the resultswere tabulated and analyzed accordingly. According to the results obtained structure and issues of the enterpriseswere identified and recommendations were presented. Thus, it is emphasized that sector delegations and governmentofficials are needed to cooperate to find concrete solutions to the issues of the sector. It is also recommended thatsustainable technological investments with the help of government support will help modernizing the sector. Hence,it is foreseen also that these recommendations will lead to increase product quality, to achieve more economicalproduction and increase success rate under heavy competition.
