Bartın İli Rekreasyon Alanlarının Tanıtımına Yönelik Mobil Uygulamanın Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Bartın ili içindeki rekreasyon alanlarını kullanıcılara tanıtmak, rekreasyon alanlarının etkin ve verimli kullanımına yönelik bilgilendirme yapmak ve onlara rehberlik edecek bir mobil uygulama geliştirmektir. Çalışmanın diğer amacı ise geliştirilecek olan mobil uygulamanın kullanıcı görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın araştırma yöntemi iki aşamalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Birinci aşamada tasarım tabanlı araştırma yöntemi, ikinci aşamada ise kullanıcıların geliştirilen mobil uygulamaya ilişkin görüşlerini almak amacıyla nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında Bartın ili içinde yer alan 103 rekreasyon alanına ulaşılmış ve oluşturulan içerik geliştirilen mobil uygulamaya eklenerek “Google Play Store”da yayımlanmıştır. Geliştirilen mobil uygulamaya yönelik anket yoluyla alınan kullanıcı görüşleri incelendiğinde ise; uygulamanın biçimsel ve içerik yönünden kullanıcılar tarafından yüksek düzeyde yeterli görüldüğü belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcılar, ankette yer alan uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edeceklerini ve yakınlarına önereceklerine ilişkin ifadelere yüksek düzeyde katıldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Rekreasyon alanlarının tanıtımına yönelik geliştirilen mobil uygulama ile Bartın'da yaşayan insanların bilgi eksikliğine dayalı rekreasyon engellerinin aşılmasında ve şehre ait olan rekreasyon alanlarını daha verimli kullanmalarında faydalı bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. The aim of this study is to introduce the recreation areas in Bartın province to the users, to inform them about the effective and efficient use of recreation areas, and to develop a mobile application to guide them. The other aim of the study is to evaluate the mobile application to be developed according to user opinions. The research method of this study was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the design-based research method was used, and in the second stage, the survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used to obtain the opinions of the users about the developed mobile application. Within the scope of the study, 103 recreation areas in Bartın province were reached, and the content created was added to the developed mobile application and published in the "Google Play Store." When the user opinions obtained through the questionnaire for the developed mobile application were analyzed, it was determined that the application was considered highly sufficient by the users in terms of form and content. In addition, the participants expressed a high level of agreement with the statements in the questionnaire that they would continue to use the application and recommend it to their relatives. With the mobile application developed for the promotion of recreation areas, people living in Bartın can overcome recreation barriers based on lack of information and use the recreation areas of the city more efficiently.
