Fiscal Policies in Development Plans were Implemented Between 1960-1980 Years in Turkey

Abstract

Effects of fiscal policies on economical activty are contentious subjects in economical issues. In this study, development plans which effect the economical, social and politic dynamics of Turkey are introduced, then fiscal policies in these plans are explained. In study, fiscal policies's effects on Turkey's scala are presented by take into consideration of economical targets and application results of development plans which were implemented with import substitution between the 1960-1980 years.
