Salgın döneminde tekstil sektörünün durumu : Bartın ili örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Bartın İlinde tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firma yöneticileri ile Covıd-19 sürecindeki sektörün durumunu ele almaktır. Yöneticilerle yapılan mülakat sonucunda salgın döneminde firmaların durumları sektörde yer alan firmalar bilgilendirecektir. Araştırma kapsamını Bartın ilinde tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeler oluşturmaktadır. Covıd-19 salgını döneminde; tedbirler alınarak, firma izinleri doğrultusunda anketin doldurulması bazen birebir bazen ise firmada yetkili 8 (sekiz) yönetici ile mülakat yapılmıştır. Yöneticilerle yapılan mülakat ile covıd-19 krizinde firmaların süreçlerini ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılmıştır. Mülakatlar yöneticilerin belirlediği tarihe randevu alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşme formunda yedi adet soru bulunmaktadır. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucu pandemi döneminde Bartın ilindeki tekstil sektörünün etkilendiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to discuss the situation of the sector during the Covid-19 process with the managers of companies operating in the textile sector in Bartın Province. As a result of the interviews with the managers, companies in the sector will be informed about the situation of the companies during the epidemic period. The scope of the research consists of businesses operating in the textile sector in Bartın province. During the Covid-19 epidemic; Precautions were taken and the survey was filled out in line with company permissions, sometimes one-on-one and sometimes interviews were conducted with 8 (eight) managers authorized in the company. The companies' processes during the covid-19 crisis were discussed through interviews with managers. In this context, semi-structured interview forms were used. Interviews were held by appointment on the date determined by the managers. There are seven questions in the interview form. As a result of the interviews, it was concluded that the textile sector in Bartın province was affected during the pandemic period.
