Çok yönlü bir sivil toplum örgütü: ahilik

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Ahilik teşkilatı ve işleyişi, bulunduğu devirdeki sosyal, ekonomik ve iş hayatının düzenlenmesine etkileri hakkında bilgi vermektir. Araştırma bir literatür çalışmasıdır. Ahîlik, hem kendi iç dinamikleri açısından ticarî alanda bir kontrol mekanizması sağlarken, hem de ahlâkî açıdan müntesiplerinin değerleri öğrenmesine ve bunları hayata geçirmesine yardımcı olan bir sivil toplum kuruluşu hüviyetine bürünmektedir. Bir sivil toplum kuruluşu olmakla beraber, ahîliğin devlet desteğinden ve kontrolünden tamamen uzak olduğu düşünülmemelidir. Ahîler, etkili oldukları dönemde aynı zamanda devletin çok ihtiyacı olan askeri güce katkıda bulunmak için de organize edilmişler ve devlet adamları tarafından da desteklenmişlerdir.

The aim of this study is to inform about the organization and functioning of Akhism and its effects on the social, economical and business life regulation. The research is a literature study. Akhism takes on the identity of a non-governmental organization, both providing a commercial control mechanism in terms of its internal dynamics, and helping its followers learn moral values and put them into practice. Along with being a non-governmental organization, it should not be considered to be totally away from government support and control. In those times when The Ahijs were influential, they were also organized and supported by statesmen for their contribution to the military force which is of great importance for a state.
