Analitik hiyerarşik proses(AHP) ile bir karar destek sistemi oluşturulması: Bir üretim işletmesinde uygulama

Abstract

21. yüzyılda küreselleşmenin ve hızla gelişen teknolojinin etkisi altında kalan sektörlerden biride Gıda sektörüdür. Söz konusu bu sektörde, üretimden yönetime kadar tüm işlevler açısından önemli olan karar verme, çok sayıda faktörün etkili olduğu, birçok alternatifin değerlendirilerek aralarından en uygun olanının seçildiği önemli bir süreci kapsamaktadır. Bu durum aynı zamanda bir işletmenin rekabet piyasalarındaki yerini belirleyen, önemli bir güç unsuru olan bilgi teknolojilerini ne kadar aktif ve etkin kullanmasıyla da yakından ilgilidir. Bu çalışmada Kırşehir İlinde faaliyet gösteren üretim işletmelerinden bir un fabrikası ele alınmıştır. İşletme'de üretime girecek olan çok farklı tipteki buğdaylar arasından en uygun olanının belirlenmesi için Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemi ile bir seçim modeli geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada ilk olarak, buğday seçiminde etkili olan kriterler belirlenmiş ve bu kriterlere dayalı bir karar hiyerarşisi oluşturulmuştur. Kriter önceliklerinin belirlenmesinde fabrikada uzman olarak görev yapan kişilerin görüşlerine başvurulmuş ve kriterlerin göreceli (nispi) ağırlıkları Expert Choice programı kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. AHP yöntemine göre oluşturulan bu model yardımıyla karar vericilere yardımcı olabilmek ve zamandan tasarruf etmelerini sağlayabilmek için bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Delphi programı 10 Seattle versiyonu kullanılarak hazırlanan bu sistem fabrikadan alınan 100 birimlik bir örnek ile test edilmiş ve uzman kararları ile sistem kararları arasında %83'lük bir uyuşma tespit edilmiştir. Fabrikada üretime girecek olan buğday seçimi için önerilen bu karar destek sisteminin fabrikanın diğer işlevleri açısından da geliştirilerek karar vericilerin daha hızlı, kaliteli ve isabetli kararlar verebilmesinde yardımcı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

In the 21st century, food sector becomes one of the sectors under the influence of globalization and rapidly developing technologies. In this mentioned sector, decision making, which is important for all functions from production to management, covers an important process that a number of factors to be effective and evaluating several alternatives to select the most appropriate of them. This situation also relates how active and effective use of information technologies which is an important power factor to determine the location of a company in the competitive market. In this study, a flour factory among the production companies operating in Kirsehir is discussed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model with a choice of methods have been developed in order to determine the most appropriate one among the many different types of wheat which will enter into production in business. As a first step, the criteria that influence the choice of wheat has been determined and a decision hierarchy has been created based on these criteria. Determination of criteria priority has been consulted by the people who served as an expert in the factory and relative criteria weights has been determined using Expert Choice program. According to the model created with the help of AHP, a decision support system has been developed in order to help decision-makers and to enable them to save time. This system prepared using Delphi program version 10 Seattle has been tested with 100 units sample taken from the factory and 83% correlation between expert judgment and decision systems have been identified. It is observed that the decision support system, which is proposed for the selection of wheat which will go into production at the factory, can assist decision-makers to decide faster, high quality and accurate by developing in terms of other functions of the factory.
