Misi köyünün (Bursa) doğal ve kültürel potansiyelinin turizm açısından peyzaj mimarlığı çerçevesinde irdelenmesi

Abstract

İnsanlar kentleşme faaliyetleri ile kent merkezlerindeki doğal ve kültürel peyzaj alanlarını bilinçsizce kullanmışlardır. Zamanla bu alanlar ya tahrip olmuş ya da yok olmuştur. Kent insanının dinlenme ve eğlenme amacı ile doğal ve kültürel olarak ender alanları görme isteği ise hiç tükenmemiştir. Yapay olarak kent merkezlerinde alanlar ise insanların doğal peyzaj alanı arayışına engel olamamıştır. Misi Köyü (Bursa) doğal ve kültürel peyzaj değerleriyle değerli bir alandır. Bu alanda koruma kullanma dengesiyle turizm ve rekreasyon faaliyetleri yürütülmektedir. Ancak Misi Köyü'nün turizm potansiyeli her geçen gün artmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında Misi Köyü'nün mevcut değerlerinin korunması ve tanıtılması aynı zamanda geliştirilen önerilerle korunarak kullanımının sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada doğal ve kültürel peyzaj kavramları işlenerek koruma kullanma olgusuyla turizm potansiyellerinin nasıl artacağı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsamda Misi Köyü'nün doğal ve kültürel peyzaj karakteristikleri ile kullanıcı kitlesi belirlenmiş, kullanıcı ve ziyaretçilerle yapılan anket çalışması ile tespit edilen sorunların çözümü ve potansiyellerin geliştirilmesi ve alanın korunarak kullanılması yönünde öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

People have unconsciously used the natural and cultural landscape areas in urban centers through urbanization activities. Over time, these areas have either been destroyed or destroyed. The desire of urban people to see natural and culturally rare areas for the purpose of rest and Entertainment has never been exhausted. Artificially, areas in urban centers could not prevent people from seeking natural landscapes. Misi Village (Bursa) is a valuable area with its natural and cultural landscape values. In this area, tourism and recreation activities are carried out with the balance of using conservation. However, the tourism potential of Misi Village is increasing every day. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to protect and promote the mecbut values of Misi Village and to ensure its use by protecting it with the developed proposals. The study focused on how tourism potentials will increase with the phenomenon of using conservation by processing natural and cultural landscape concepts. In this context, the natural and cultural landscape characteristics of Misi Village and the user audience were determined, suggestions were developed for the solution of the problems identified by the survey work with users and visitors and for the development of potentials and the preservation and use of the area.
