We employed data from 1056 Turkish teachers working in 96 basic and upper secondary schools and performed multilevel structural equation modelling with Bayesian estimation. Our findings revealed direct associations of distributed leadership with teacher enthusiasm and indirect associations via teacher growth mindset. Additionally, supportive school culture significantly moderated distributed leadership's direct relationship with teacher growth mindset and its indirect relationship with teacher enthusiasm through teacher growth mindset. This study adds nuanced evidence to the global school leadership literature by elucidating the mechanisms and boundary conditions through which distributed leadership influences teacher enthusiasm. However, aluminum and steel differ significantly in their thermophysical properties, making it difficult to achieve high-quality joining between them using conventional fusion welding methods. To address this challenge, the present study employs ultrasonic welding technology to achieve spot welding in a steel/aluminum/steel three-layer plate configuration. The experimental welding of the three-layer sheets and interfacial phase identification were first carried out, followed by the development of an ultrasonic vibration–thermal–mechanical coupled numerical simulation model, the accuracy of which was verified through experiments. On this basis, the dynamic evolution of the temperature and stress fields during the ultrasonic welding process was systematically revealed. Furthermore, this novel engineering simulation case was introduced into the teaching of the course Engineering Finite Element and Numerical Computation yielding favorable educational outcomes.Öğe Türü: Yayın , Türkiye'de şehir hastanelerinin sağlık turizmi perspektifinden incelenmesi: Nitel bir araştırma(Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi, 2026) Kan, Mahmut; Yıldırım, Funda; Çınaroğlu, Songül; Yıldırım, Funda; Bartın Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu, Tıbbi Hizmetler ve Teknikleri BölümüBu çalışma, Türkiye'deki şehir hastanelerinin sağlık turizmindeki rolünü incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Şehir hastanelerinde sunulan sağlık turizmi hizmetlerinin yapısı, işleyişi ve sürdürülebilirliği değerlendirilmiştir. Nitel araştırma kapsamında, 14 paydaşla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmış ve veriler MAXQDA 24 yazılımı ile incelenmiştir. Bulgular, şehir hastanelerinin modern altyapısı ve geniş hizmet yelpazesi ile sağlık turizminde önemli fırsatlar sunduğunu, ancak personel yetersizlikleri ve uluslararası hasta deneyimindeki eksikliklerin sürdürülebilirliği olumsuz etkilediğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca, şehir hastanelerinin ekonomik avantajlar sunduğu, ancak özel hastanelerin hizmet kalitesi ve bekleme süreleri açısından daha rekabetçi olduğu belirlenmiştir. However, evaluating the impact of context-based activities on students’ environmental awareness and problem-solving capabilities remains challenging. Traditional assessment methods often fail to capture the complex interactions between student characteristics, task difficulty, and evaluator perspectives. This study utilized the Many-Facet Rasch Measurement (MFRM) model to address these complexities by providing a sophisticated, multi-dimensional analysis of context-based sustainable environmental activities. The research investigated how factors such as the quality of context-based activities, the characteristics of the evaluation criteria, and the varying severity or leniency of juries shape the observed learning outcomes. By applying the MFRM framework, this study presented a refined evaluation model that offers a more accurate representation of the effectiveness of these educational activities. The results provided actionable insights for improving both the design of environmental education programs and the assessment techniques used to gauge their success.
