In this study, a linear programming model wasbased for an integrated plywood plant withminimum cost-producing both veneer peeling andplywood. This model comprised two stages and thefirst stage was (n1) the production of veneerpeeling. Obtained boards from (n1) would be usedfor different thickness plywoods in second stage(n2). It was desired that, the demand for eachplywood kinds would be compensated at right timein the certain period. Sources, such as machinetimes using in each stages at different productioncenters (headquarters), raw materials andopportunity of style production, were known.Intention of study was compensated the demand ofplywood in different thickness with minimumproduction and inventory cost in accordance withsource restrictions in each stages.
