Dependency, Regionalism and Globalization seems to be complementary concepts. Dependency and regionalism are the effective factors for the developed countries like Russia to force underdeveloped or developed countries to get their ways. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, it has been seen various regional attempts to create unions and remove the disadvantages of globalization. Russia wanted to control Central Asia and redefined its role and interest in Central Asia. It has also been trying to impose its own rules and principles through its domination and owerhelming power in the region. Thus, both Kazakhistan and Kyrgyzstan have been important for Russia to extend its influence in the region. After gaining their independence, both Kazakhistan and Kyrgyzstan tried to be rescued from Russian influence but Russia revived again in the last decade. Recently, while some other actors have been intensifying their interests on this region, these three countries have begun to cooperate in Central Asia. Therefore, Russian Federation’s Relations with Kazakhistan and Kyrgyzstan will be examined within the context of Dependency, Regionalism and Globalization as they have significance for Russia. This paper argues the impacts of regional integrations, globalization on the mutual relations and how dependency affects the relations among these countries.tr_TR
